Maxime BERTHOUX has nearly 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and has completed around fifty transactions for executives-shareholders, investment funds, and corporates.
Maxime began his professional career in 2008 in London in the Large-Cap M&A departments of HSBC and then CREDIT SUISSE while specializing in energy, infrastructure, and industry.
In 2014, he joined the Paris office of RABOBANK, a bank that specialized in agribusiness and focused particularly on the Food & Beverage sector. In 2018, he joined RAPHAEL FINANCIAL ADVISORY as a Director and later became Managing Director.
Maxime BERTHOUX holds a degree from the University of Paris-Dauphine.
