Responsible for Real Estate activities through ADVISO REAL ASSET
Laurent CAMILLI has nearly 40 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions advisory and has completed over 100 transactions in the real estate and healthcare sectors.
Laurent began his career in 1985 as a treasurer and then deputy CFO of VIVENDI’s real estate division. In 1992, he co-founded AUXILIAIRE DE FINANCE, a specialized M&A advisory firm focusing on real estate transactions. He played a key role in deals involving non-performing real estate loan portfolios acquired by funds such as GOLDMAN SACHS and CARGILL, as well as M&A transactions involving real estate developers, property management firms, and real estate investment companies.
Following the sale of AUXILIAIRE DE FINANCE, he joined CLOSE BROTHERS (now DC ADVISORY) to develop real estate and healthcare activities, particularly in the healthcare services sector. As CEO of CLOSE BROTHERS, he participated in the sale of CLOSE BROTHERS' European platform to the Japanese bank DAIWA.
In 2010, he co-founded CLEARWATER with three partners, including Thomas GAUCHER, focusing on a Mid-Cap strategy across strong sector verticals (healthcare, real estate, FIG, leisure). Between 2010 and 2024, he led more than 100 transactions in these fields.
Following the merger between ADVISO and the CLEARWATER teams, Laurent’s role within the new entity is to continue developing real estate, construction, and healthcare activities, as well as all businesses involving real assets.
Laurent holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Université Paris-Dauphine and ESLSCA.
