Florent OBRY has worked in M&A for over 15 years. He has completed around 40 transactions for shareholder managers, corporates, and PE firms.
Florent started his career in 2010 working on Mid & Large-cap transactions at Messier & Associés, then Arjil (Altium Group, now Houlihan Lokey), mainly for major corporates and PE firms.
In 2015 he joined Adviso Partners and specialises in Small & Mid-cap deals. In 2018, he joined the Paris then Lyon offices of CIC Conseil, where he continues to support shareholder managers with their transactions and has gained expertise in carve-out operations for major corporates.
Florent graduated from ESSEC Business School (Paris) and Northeastern University (Boston).
