The Group has more than 23 years of expertise and provides nationwide coverage through its offices in 11 locations, enabling it to meet the needs of over 1,000 mainly industrial customers across all business sectors.
KALIES is an engineering consultancy firm specialising in environmental advisory and industrial risks. It is the French leader in the field of "installations classified for the protection of the environment" (ICPE). Some 51 employees support industrial companies, local authorities, and property developers in the early stages of projects in several areas of expertise: preparation of pre-works administrative files (ICPE), occupational health and safety, and diagnostics and engineering for polluted sites and soils (SSP).
KALI'AIR operates in air quality analysis, measurement and advisory, workplace health, and atmospheric emissions. With 29 employees and a range of measuring devices unique in France, the Company delivers unparalleled execution quality, particularly in the high added value market for assessing ambient air quality.
Thanks to its high-level expertise and COFRAC, MASE and LNE accreditations/certifications, the Group handles a diverse range of projects and responds swiftly to the evolving needs of demanding customers. The Group is enjoying sustained growth in its businesses and expects revenues to be up by more than 15% versus the 2020 figure, despite the health crisis.
Under the guidance of ADVISO PARTNERS, following a competitive process, GROUPE KALI's founding manager, Pascal MARLY, has sold a majority stake to TURENNE GROUPE and reinvested in the business alongside them. The transaction also enabled key managers to become shareholders. Together, they aim to further develop the Group by opening new sites, expanding the service offering and acquiring strategic targets.
