The FINDIS group, French leader in the distribution of home equipment products for independent stores, is pursuing its expansion with the acquisition of the JONCOUX MENAGER group following a sales process orchestrated by ADVISO PARTNERS.
The JONCOUX MENAGER group (revenue of €45 million, 80 people), whose head office is located in Pacé near Rennes, is a key player in household appliances that caters primarily to independent kitchen operators. The group markets all the household electrical goods ranges of the major brands, with a dominant market share in built-in products.
Present in the West, the North and the Rhône-Alpes regions of France, it serves a solid base of 4,000 customers, who remain loyal thanks to the extensive range of products and level of service.
The FINDIS group thereby reaffirms its position as a B2B2C distributor of home equipment products and a partner of leading brands and independent stores. Less than one year after NAXICAP PARTNERS took a stake in the company as majority shareholder, with this acquisition the FINDIS group increases its revenue to €340m and now has 600 employees.
After its diversification into DIY with the acquisition of DESAMAIS in 2015, FINDIS is still increasing its geographical footprint, with JONCOUX MENAGER being very active in the West region in particular.
The acquisition of the JONCOUX MENAGER group is part of FINDIS's targeted acquisitions strategy aimed at firmly focusing on local businesses.
With more than 400 independent kitchen operators in France, FINDIS's objective is to further expand its market and the built-in market by relying on the know-how and teams of JONCOUX MENAGER, while allowing the latter to benefit from the group's best practices and tools, particularly in the digital field, where it excels and constantly invests.
