Accompanied by CICLAD since June 2016, the INFODIS group carried out a first build-up operation with the acquisition of SRID, a digital services company specialised in IT facilities management services. Florent Burlet, CEO of SRID, has become a shareholder and senior manager of INFODIS.
Founded in 1995 by Paul Delume and based in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés (94), SRID is a digital services company specialised in IT facilities management services, architecture consulting and change management (relocation, digital transition, etc.). SRID's customers include some fifteen major accounts in the banking and insurance sector. SRID has more than 130 employees. In 2015, SRID generated revenue of more than €10 million and EBITDA of more than 20%.
Established in 1985 by Vighen Papazian, the Infodis Group is a French SME with expertise in IT system management and transformation. The Group consists of two entities: Infodis IT, which specialises in engineering expertise and user services, and Visualdis, which specialises in digital video solutions. With 260 employees across three sites, Infodis Group posted revenue of €26 million in 2015 and has been one of the top 100 most profitable French SMEs for the last 15 years - EY (Ernst & Young). The Group's active customers include companies that are leaders in their business sector, government bodies and associations.
In June 2016, Infodis Group organised an LBO backed by CICLAD in order to speed up its growth and initiate a policy of selective external growth. This first build-up operation has enabled the Infodis Group to target consolidated revenue of €40 million in the short term, strengthen its presence with major accounts and address new major calls for tender by offering an alternative agile and qualitative solution.
