WARGRAPHS operates as a digital publisher generating revenues from advertising sales, mostly through its POROFESSOR app which is used worldwide (in particular in North America and Europe) and has exceeded 10 million downloads to date. The Company also operates 2 websites, leagueofgraphs.com et porofessor.gg, which have recorded over 4.5 billion page views since their launch. In 2022, the Company achieved an EBITDA above 8 million euros.
Advised by ADVISO PARTNERS, the transaction has enabled the sale of WARGRAPHS to M.O.B.A. NETWORK, a listed Swedish Group engaged in the gaming industry and which owns and operates several of the world's largest gaming communities in the market for gamers and e-sports. With this transaction, M.O.B.A. NETWORK (i) adds to its audience approximately 800,000 daily average app users, (ii) diversifies its portfolio by incorporating new gaming communities including that of LEAGUE OF LEGENDS, and (iii) enables better economy of scale in discussion with add brokers and other partners.
