Founded in 1997 in Cardonville by Pascal BOUREL and Stéphane MAINNEMARE, OLYMP’ETIQ specialises in the manufacture of technical adhesive labels, mainly for the agri-food market, as well as the hygiene, manufacturing and chemicals industries.
With its premium service quality and highly competitive production times, the company has built up a concentrated portfolio of loyal customers, enabling it to become a genuine partner for the long term. Based in Saint-Jean-du-Cardonnay in Normandy on a 3,500 m2 site built in 2019 with facilities meeting the highest standards in the market, the company generates more than €10 million in revenue. OLYMP’ETIQ has adopted an environmentally-friendly approach, achieving certifications that exceed market expectations: FSC and IMPRIM’VERT.
Under the guidance of ADVISO PARTNERS, OLYMP’ETIQ’s shareholder managers have sold 100% of the company’s capital to LABELYS GROUP, supported by BPIFRANCE and EMZ. This acquisition is part of a European external growth strategy implemented by the Group in recent years (acquisition of French companies NACARA and COMBIER-KOENIG, two sites in Switzerland and Spanish company SATERGRAF). The transaction will also enable the buyer to strengthen its positioning in the agri-food segment, create a reference site in the north-western region of France, where the Group did not previously operate, and obtain access to high-quality industrial facilities and much sought-after, high-performance expertise.
