IPELEC GROUP, the French leader in the design and assembly of electrical, plumbing and heating kits for the construction of individual houses, continues to grow in a consolidating market and acquires the company AD-CA.
Based in the Deux-Sèvres department and founded in 2001 by Wilfried BERSON and Dominique MENARD, within 15 years AD-CA has become the French leader in the design and production of technical kits for the industrial and building market.
Benefiting from historical know-how and a strong reputation linked to high quality service, AD-CA's design office and factory currently produce nearly 20,000 electrical and plumbing distribution kits a year for large industrial and off-site modular construction companies and individual house builders. The company has forecast 2021 revenues of around €10 million.
Following AD-CA?s acquisition, IPELEC?s revenues should top €50 million this year. The Group is expected to make further acquisitions in the coming months.

Founded in 2003, IPELEC Group specialises in the design and assembly of custom-made prefabricated electrical, plumbing and heating kits used in the construction of individual houses and small collective housing complexes. Based in Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray (76), the group employs 200 people over three production sites. It meets the needs of more than 160 active clients, mainly individual house builders, across 10,000 building sites.
A leader in the French market, its business spans three product groups:
- electrical kits, which represent the group's historical business and include all the components needed for electrical installations (junction boxes, electrical panel, cables, etc.);
- heating kits, which comprise all the components of a heating system for new houses (PEX manifold, supply piping, heating unit and accessories);
- plumbing kits, which include all the plumbing installation components needed in individual houses.
