Established in 2003 by Olivier LOPEZ, GROUPEMEN is the regional specialist in the distribution of exterior and interior joinery on the Mediterranean coast. The Group offers a wide range of products and services (windows, shutters, front doors, cupboards, interior doors, etc.) through a network of eight stores and six brands.
GROUPEMEN has an innovative business model, combining the strength of a local network and the power of a national group. GROUPEMEN is a member of the UNIVERTURE group, the third largest national network of professionals specialising in exterior and interior joinery.
Backed by double-digit growth, the Group, historically based in Perpignan, is now extending all along the Mediterranean coast.
To support this geographic development, the Group recently carried out two acquisitions of independent stores. The first store is located near Marseille. The second store is in Albi.
In order to speed up the committed development plan, the founding manager, supported by the group's entire management team, chose to partner with DZETA CONSEIL.
DZETA is an investment company founded in 2009 by former operational managers and which backs companies in their growth. DZETA invests in European companies in the retail, technology (techno/media/telecoms), B2B services and industry sectors.
